Cancellation by the Client Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the charter date will receive a full refund of payments made, less any applicable administrative fees. Cancellations made between 13 and 10 days prior to the charter date will receive a 50% refund of the total charter fee. Cancellations made 9 days or less before the charter date are non-refundable. Failure to arrive at the agreed departure time will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be provided. Postponement by the Client Requests to postpone a charter must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. One postponement may be permitted without penalty if requested at least 10 days before the charter date. Any postponed charter must be rescheduled within 1 months of the original booking date. Additional charges may apply if the new charter date falls within a higher-rate season or if the selected yacht differs from the original booking.
