General

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services and products offered by CYPRUS LUXURY ESCAPES. By using our services, you agree to these T&Cs.

Contract Formation

A contract is formed once your booking has been confirmed by us in writing. Changes and additions must be made in writing.

Services

We offer bespoke event planning and coordination, including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, catering, and activities. The exact services are specified in the service description and booking confirmation.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice and can be made by bank transfer or credit card. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend services.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation by the Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 30 days before the event: 50% of the total price

Less than 30 days before the event: 100% of the total price

Changes by the Customer: Changes must be communicated in writing. We will strive to accommodate change requests but reserve the right to charge additional fees.

Cancellation by All About the Bride: We reserve the right to cancel the event for important reasons. In this case, we will refund any payments made in full.

Liability

Exclusion of Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for slight negligence is excluded. We are liable for gross negligence and intent to the extent required by law.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is required to follow all safety and conduct rules.

Data Protection

We collect and use your data exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary to provide our services.

Final Provisions

Changes to the T&Cs: We reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be published on our website.

Severability Clause: Should any provision of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. The place of jurisdiction is the location of CYPRUS LUXURY ESCAPES!
